- We work with diverse populations, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum.
Responsibilities:
As a Teletherapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks.
- Complete Assessments to understand clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions, adapting strategies to meet each client's unique needs.
- Complete Progress Notes to track client progress and make informed decisions about their care.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless client services and continuous growth.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels.
- Experience working with diverse populations and adapting to changing client needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to commit to joining our team and drive to grow your caseload over time.
