Overview:
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Physical Therapist. In this role, you will administer specific physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of our patients. You will work under the direction of a physician order and collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members to promote quality patient care.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited B.S., M.S., or DPT degree program in Physical Therapy
