What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Estimator position at Beck & Hofer Construction?
Beck & Hofer Construction is a General Contractor serving the Sioux Falls and surrounding area since 1980. We are a family owned, well-established and safety oriented company. We are looking for an experienced individual to add to our current team of Estimators/Project Managers.
This individual will meet with potential clients to determine the scope of a project and prepare estimates that include self-performed and subcontracted work. In collaboration with the field superintendent, this individual will coordinate and supervise the construction project to deliver a quality project under budget costs and estimated hours.
