Civil Litigation Defense Attorney - Las Vegas Office
About Us: We are a well-established civil litigation law firm with a notable presence in San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Napa Valley. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate should be a licensed Nevada and California attorney looking to gain experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, and supportive environment. A candidate barred in both Nevada and California is a plus.
Responsibilities: Reporting directly to a partner, you will likely be the primary handling attorney for your own cases. Responsibilities include court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, client updates, and preparation for and participation in trials.
