The Technician Reagent Manufacturing is responsible for working on any of the manufacturing processes performed at Miami Reagents Manufacturing: primarily in the Fill/Cap/Labeling Area for the diagnostics product line. The associate is responsible for adhering to working in a controlled environment during the Filling/Capping/Labeling operation of Controls and Calibrators.
Responsibilities include:
Performing the filling operation with specific subassembly part numbers/lot numbers/expiration dates
Performing the capping and labeling operation with specific subassembly part numbers/lot numbers/expiration dates
Performing the washing operation of glass vials
Performing the barrel wrap operation prior to the sterilization process
Refurbishing worn out barrels
Performing Authorization to Commence as defined in the procedures
Documentation of process in the batch records and work authorization
Performing 5S Audits
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Maintaining training records up-to-date
Applicants must be willing to work in a fast paced team environment. This position requires working in a controlled environment and the ability to work standing/walking/sitting. Additionally, the position requires to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Previous experience working in a regulated industry
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in clean room environment
Basic computer skills
