What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider (Infant/Toddler Room) position at Beebe SD AR?
JOB SUMMARY: 183 day contract - Works under the supervision of the Beebe Childcare Director and teachers and assists in the care of infants and toddlers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children
- Change the diapers of infants and toddlers (18 months - 2 1/2)
- Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn
about the world and explore their interests - Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough
physical activity, rest, and playtime - Keep records of children’s progress, routines,and interests
- Hours will be 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Assists teacher in routine classroom operation.
- Maintains confidentiality and observes professional ethics
MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
GED or High School Diploma
