Previous experience in sales, wellness, spa, or customer service is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting beem® in the community and driving membership sales
- Manage and follow up with leads during your shift using studio systems
- Ensure smooth front desk operations, including member check-in, guest registration, payment processing, and handling membership questions or changes
- Deliver exceptional in-studio service and communicate with guests via phone, email, and automated marketing tools

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Willing to jump in as a sauna attendant when needed
Physical Requirements:
- Comfort working in high temperatures (up to 135°F for short periods)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to demonstrate saunas, including getting in/out and reaching overhead
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and squatting to assist with equipment
