Job Summary:
The Fleet Maintenance Administrator provides administrative support to the maintenance team while working directly with the Equipment Specialist to ensure minimal fleet downtime. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hard-working, and possess natural mechanical aptitude with the ability and drive to find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone line and be the point of contact for drivers and operators for reported problems.
- Communicate with approved vendors to reduce downtime.
- Input fleet information into the fleet management system.
- Process national account invoices
- Process vendor invoices
- Create and enter work orders into the fleet management system.
- Maintains fleet records.
- Maintain active equipment list.
- Maintain current vendor list.
- Provide administrative support to the Equipment specialist.
- Provide administrative support to the Fleet clerk.
- Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Related experience in a maintenance/trucking industry.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office, data entry, Fleet Management software and email.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities with speed and accuracy.
