Qualifications:
Education/Certification:Master’s degree in educational administration
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership
Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
Beeville ISD Teacher Appraiser
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Strong knowledge and understanding of College Career and Military Readiness
Demonstrate a heart and passion for leadership
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to interpret data
Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Four years of experience as a classroom teacher
Three years of experience in instructional leadership roles
Three years of administrative experience as an assistant principal
Two years of Principal experience required
Three years of high school experience perferred
