What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-time Clinic position at Behavior Blocks LLC?
We're seeking a full-time BCBA to provide supervision, assessment, training, treatment modifications and progression for clinic based clients. This position is salary-based and scheduled Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. The BCBA will be responsible for communication and coordination with the staff and managing the daily operation of the clinic. This position is also responsible for managing their billable hours, which will also inlcude submitting information for administrative components such as clinical reports, etc.
What we are looking for!
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
- CT LBA state licensure will be required to obtain; reimbursement provided
- Active BCBA CT State Licensure is REQUIRED
- Must be a current resident within the state of Connecticut - REQUIRED
- 1 years experience serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) REQUIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,500.00 per year
