Behavior Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our BC team to help serve clients in the surrounding Big Rapids, Reed City and Evart areas. Hours are 3-6:30 M-F for 12-15 hours per week plus additional daytime hours available when school is not in session.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred but not necessary.
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Regular access to a computer with high speed internet
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must have daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Must be willing to travel to client location - (typically travel will not exceed more than 45 minutes from home office). You will be working in the client homes. There is travel reimbursement .
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy program
- Follow set protocol developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Travel to and work in home, community and school settings
- Collect daily data, graph results and implement behavioral support developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Timely communication with other members of the team (phone, email and text)
- Participate in meetings when needed
Hours/Availability:
- Part-time position
- Must be available to work at least four days per week, Monday through Friday between 3 and 7 pm. When clients are out of school, possible daytime hours may be available as well.
