Founded in 2003 we have been successfully improving people's lives and training others to do so for 20 years and are recognized as a leader in ABA in St. Louis having provided training and consultation to many of the other agencies serving those with Autism in town.
The position is full-time at our ABA preschool program in St. Charles, MO (M, T, W, Th, Fri - 8:15 am-3:45 pm.)
Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of HS diploma. Some college coursework or bachelor's degree and ABA experience preferred. Employee much successfully complete and submit criminal background check.
Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills, a positive and upbeat demeanor, ability to receive and respond to feedback, and dependable transportation to and from work.
*Some experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or DTT training preferred but not required. Training will be provided to those needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide 1 on 1 therapy to children
Collect data and document on child's performance during therapy
Participate in monthly team meetings and trainings
Keep track of services (time sheets)
Maintain positive relationship with parents, client, and team members
Update program book and materials as needed
Complete other duties as assigned

Pay: $17 /hr based on experience ($18 with good RBT standing); Paid 40-hour training and competency assessment to obtain RBT Certification.
