We are a psychological consulting company offering psychological services since 1997, supporting more than 600 long-term care facilities in the Midwest: Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin...and expanding.
Practice Manager (this is an administrative position to manage offsite clinicians, (NOT a Medical Office manager position).
Qualifications of the Practice Manager:
- 1-2 years of experience needed in a healthcare setting (i.e.; in office or clinic) preferred.
- 2-4 years education; Associates; Bachelors degree preferred, from a College or University.
- Demonstrated excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including, Microsoft Office, EMR-electronic medical records and/or other related database and software programs.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Along with other Practice Managers, assumes some responsibilities for management of assigned clinicians at their assigned facilities; PM does not work with patients.
- Oversee coordination of clinical schedules/case lists and changes with clinicians and facilities.
- Coordination of all ETO requests and forwards to payroll processing for tracking.
- Oversight of all database functions and clinician case lists to ensure maximum accuracy in patient tracking and adherence to rules.
- Responsible for mailing and tabulation of bi-annual Facility Satisfaction Survey.
- Maintain clinical staff credentialing and facility files on-site.
- Ensure intake information is being submitted in a timely fashion.
- Additional responsibilities as determined by BCS leadership.
