Shift: Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:30am
Pay: $38.48-$40.15
As a Clinical (Triage) Supervisor, you will ensure the quality of care regarding the receiving and processing of crisis assessment request for both Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI) and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) teams. You will oversee a group of Master's level site-based clinicians, responsible for engaging in a quick, empathic response to individuals contacting the Mobile Crisis Intervention Team on behalf of themselves or another.

As a Clinical (Triage) Supervisor, you will ensure the quality of care regarding the receiving and processing of crisis assessment request for both Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI) and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) teams. You will oversee a group of Master's level site-based clinicians, responsible for engaging in a quick, empathic response to individuals contacting the Mobile Crisis Intervention Team on behalf of themselves or another.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and de-escalates clients in distress who present to the CBHC Springfield/BHN Wellbeing clinic at the Liberty St. campus.
- Provide direct shift oversight of Master's level triage clinicians.
- Responsible for assignment of crisis staff cases on triage guidelines and any incoming requests for assessment.
- Consult with the clinical director when guidance is needed
- Ensure staff follows policy and procedures and holds staff accountable to them.
- Adheres to the upmost level of HIPPAA and PHI compliance and ensures staff adhere to compliance.
- Assist in facilitation of team meetings and group supervision
- Monitor Quality Assurance measures implemented by leadership
- Provide high-level collaboration with supervisors of Central Intake, CBH, MCI teams and Co-response supervisor partners with additional shift supervisors for coordination of shift.

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (required)
- 2 years of experience working in crisis services or acute behavioral health (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience (required)
- LICSW or LMHC licensure (required)
- Clinical assessment and triage experience (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and application of the Recovery-Oriented model, specific to those experiencing mental health crisis
