Your role at BHSN:
As a Clinical Supervisor at BHSN, your excellent communication skills and ability to teach will help develop, design and support best clinical practices. The Clinical Supervisor will be charged with providing supervision to clinical service staff as well as keeping their own skills sharp by providing evidence-based individual, group and family interventions in a variety of settings.

What your day might look like:
- Assists in development and design of best clinical practices
- Develops and implements training to enhance clinical performance
- Engages children and families in a comprehensive assessment of strengths and needs
- Develops treatment plans based on assessment of need
- Provides individual/group/family/therapies
- Facilitates crisis intervention services as clinically needed
- Provides training, supervision and guidance to program staff
- Works with supervisory staff to sustain and grow programs and services
- Completes collaborative documents as required by state/federal guidelines and organizational policies and procedures
- Participates in staff meetings and continuing education activities
- Performs other duties as required
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- LCSW or LCSW-R required
- 3 years’ experience in providing psychotherapy required
- 1-year supervisory experience within a clinical setting required
- Leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills required
- Strong clinical skills required
- Reliable transportation for required travel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of clientele, at least one evening per week
