Job Title: Behavior Interventionist (ABA Therapy) – Part-TimeCompany: Behavioral Therapeutic Services (BTS)Locations: Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Hesperia, CAEmployment Type: Part-TimePay Range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experienceJob DescriptionBehavioral Therapeutic Services (BTS) is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs in the Rancho Cucamonga and Hesperia areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.Behavior Interventionists work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and/or community-based settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBAProvide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with special needsCollect accurate data on client progress and behaviorUse positive reinforcement and evidence-based interventionsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team membersMaintain professionalism and confidentiality at all timesAttend required training sessions and supervision meetingsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)Experience working with children with special needs preferred (ABA experience a plus, but not required)Willingness to learn and receive ongoing training and feedbackStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homesMust pass background check and TB clearanceSchedule & AvailabilityPart-time hoursAfternoon and early evening availability preferredFlexible scheduling based on client needsBenefitsPaid training and ongoing supervisionCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunities for growth within the ABA field (including RBT pathway)Supportive team environmentMeaningful work that positively impacts children and familiesCompany DescriptionBehavioral Therapeutic Services (BTS) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider dedicated to supporting children with special needs and their families.
