What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Fence Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and an essential team member in driving business development. This role is a mix of field and office work, requiring a proactive, organized, and technically competent individual.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand project requirements
- Research and pursue new leads through networking, job sites, and digital platforms
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and estimates
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams including estimators and project managers
- Input and manage client data, project details, and follow-ups using CRM software
- Stay current on product specs, materials, and industry developments
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows when needed
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in construction or related industries (fencing preferred)
- Solid knowledge of reading construction plans and specifications
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
