Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to document property conditions (e.g., landscaping issues, HVAC concerns, concrete damage)
- Take clear, organized photos and notes to support maintenance planning
- Use Excel to track property issues, vendor responses, and project timelines
- Assist with scheduling repairs and coordinating with vendors and service technicians
- Support property managers with administrative tasks, including work order tracking and tenant communications
