Responsibilities:
The role of the Certified Dental Assistant is to assist the dentist in providing exceptional dental treatment and customer service to patients, while also assisting with the following:
- Answering patient questions
- Sterilization
- Preparing the clinical room
- Temporary restorations
- Packing gingival retraction cord
- Radiographs
- Dental lab work
- Post-operative instructions
- Discussing treatment recommendations
- Patient records
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Dental Assistant Certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years working in a dental practice as a chairside assistant preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Purpose driven

- Experience with Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office preferred
