Contract Stress Engineer
Location : Flintshire
Type : Full-Time onsite, Inside IR35 12 month contract
Our client; a leading aircraft manufacturer, is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join their Wing Analysis Engineering team. The successful candidate will be joining an innovative environment working alongside wing assembly lines, manufacturing a variety of aircraft wings.
About the Role
As a Stress Engineer, you will :
- Perform static structural analysis on composite and metallic structures.
- Validate and analyse metallic, composites, and hybrid structures at the component
- level for static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
- Provide stress analyses for the repair and acceptance of structures.
- Ensure airworthiness requirements for aircraft structures.
