Description
The Delivery Driver distributes cannabis flower and marijuana-manufactured products promptly to our customers across the state of Missouri.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers high-quality cannabis products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers
- Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy
- Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
- Contact customers to confirm delivery details
- Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews
- Maintains delivery logs and records
- Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling
- Delivers orders to customers, loading and unloading packages at destinations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain a culture of professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
- Attention to detail is paramount to the role
- A valid Class E commercial driver’s license
- Demonstrated capability to work in an indirect role with limited supervision
- Some previous experience in a customer facing role
- Comfortable driving on the road for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (4 hours)
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
- Ability to drive long distances
- $20.00per hour, non-exempt
- Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%
