What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper/Groundskeeper position at BELL MANAGEMENT?
Bell Management is looking to hire a motivated individual with attention to detail for landscaping/grounds-keeping. This position will be a full time position working at a few apartment complexes. This is an hourly position and starts at $15.50 an hour.
This position will include job duties such as:
Maintaining curb appeal by picking up trash and debris
Maintaining dog parks by picking up pet waste and keeping dog stations stocked
Planting trees/shrubs/flowers
Trimming trees/shrubs/flowers
Pulling weeds
Mulching
Water trees/shrubs/flowers
Cleaning grilling areas
