Currently looking for a reliable maintenance technician to take care of general maintenance for apartment complexes in the Joplin,, MO and Webb City, MO area. Responsibilities Included:
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Patching drywall and Painting Units
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Completing work orders
- Landscaping/grounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
