Description

We are looking for a PR/Talent Coordinator to support our brand’s public relations and talent partnerships. This role will focus on influencer and talent outreach, media relations, and brand collaborations to elevate our presence in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about influencer marketing, PR, and the latest beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Director of Global Talent in executing brand initiatives & fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with brands, influencers & industry professionals
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach and managing content deliverables.
• Serve as the liason between external agencies and the brand, managing media pitching, press releases, events, and brand story telling
• Provides on-set support and assists with select in-person PR activations, ensuring talent is well-supported during external initiatives
• Organize brand collaborations, gifting initiatives, and PR events.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, influencer engagement, and media coverage, and content deliverables.
• Maintain and update media and talent databases.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging influencers.
• Support brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across all PR and influencer partnerships.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in PR, Executive Assistant experience, or talent relations within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and relationships simultaneously
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to manage high touch clients
• Existing relationships with stylists, and media contacts in the beauty space are a plus but not required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Possesses a growth mindset with a resilient and determined attitude
• Experience using PR and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Aspire, DashHudson, Tribe)
• Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of current trends

$70,000
