We are seeking a full-time Concierge to ensure the highest quality interaction with our lovely residents at all times. We are looking for a polished individual with great energy, who enjoys working with the geriatric population and can provide a great customer service experience while using discretion at all times.
This is a full-time position with benefits and company perks.
- Clear and confident speaking voice
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in written communication.
- Have excellent follow-up skills
- Actively greet and welcome all new arrivals with warmth and kindness
- Meet with residents on a daily basis
- Must be alert and attention to details, situations, and emergencies
- Tour the facility to prospective residents and family members
- Respond to all residents, family members, and team members’ requests in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Administrator in a timely manner.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a health care setting.
Salary : $18 - $20
