Position Summary: We are currently hiring an Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment (ICT) Therapist to join our team. As an Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment (ICT) Therapist, you will be a member of a dynamic team and will provide a variety of services, including: diagnostic assessment, behavioral health counseling, community psychiatric supportive services, case management, substance abuse group therapy, crisis intervention and substance abuse counseling to clients and their families. You will be provided with a flexible work schedule and will provide services in the home and community.
Responsibilities Include:
● Provide assessments, counseling/psychotherapy, and community psychiatric Work closely with the client’s family and with significant others as needed, including: community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client.
● Provide Diagnostic Assessment, Counseling/ Psychotherapy, and Community Support Program Services
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
● Maintain a caseload and productivity levels as assigned by the supervisor.

● Work a flexible workweek and provides evening and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis
Qualifications:
● A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with a minimum of an LSW or LPC is required. A Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work with a LSW and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children and families would also be considered.
● Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to clients and their families.
