Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Filing documents with the court
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain office organization by managing supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant is advantageous but not required.
