Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of clerical experience, office management skills, and proficiency in various software applications. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Filing documents with the court
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain office organization by managing supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions as needed.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and clerical experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills are critical for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
