Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) Primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquires to determine their needed services and resolve their problems.
Work shift: 5 days a week/40 hours
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work with very minimal supervision.
- Ready to deliver an exceptional experience and create a lasting impression.
- Good listener, solution finder and relationship builder.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor.
- Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications.
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Google software.
- Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player who can thrive in a fun, fast paced environment.
- Please be open-minded, creative, self-motivated, and have a willingness to learn.
