Membership Services Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Membership Services Coordinator (Client service) in NYC (Midtown). The position is currently a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office and 3 days remote). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience providing support to a Membership / customer services department, specifically with customer service, administration, and data maintenance in a Membership team. Standard business hours (35 hours weekly). This is a temp to perm opportunity starting ASAP. $23-26 per hour for temp period. (Perm 55K - 58K Base)

Responsibilities :

• Provide world class customer service to company’s broad membership base.
• Handle all e-mail and phone communications with members and non-members in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve requests, answer questions and promote company service offerings.
• Support an array of member needs, including administration (processing new memberships, renewals and live / virtual event registrations)
• Data maintenance (updating profiles, transferring memberships, creating new accounts / profiles, merging duplicate records and creating renewal invoices).
• Assist with processing student membership applications and maintaining university partnerships for the University Partner Program

Requirements :

Local candidates only. Must live in a commutable range to NYC and comfortable with hybrid schedule. Standard business hours (35 hours weekly). This is a temp to perm opportunity starting ASAP. $23-26 per hour for temp period. (Perm 55K - 58K Base)

Salary : $23 - $26
