Bellwether is an established IT consulting company located in the New Orleans area, serving small to medium-sized businesses across the region.  We have been providing our clients with leading IT support and strategy for over 40 years. We are looking to fill the role of Account Executive. This individual should have 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT but not required, with a proven track record of effectiveness. The candidate must work well in an environment with a high degree of autonomy, have great interpersonal skills and have excellent written and verbal skills. Job Description

  • Own relationships with client accounts
  • Able to cultivate lasting relationships with clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with clients through emails, phone calls and on-site visits to build rapport
  • Coordinate meetings, virtually or in-person, with clients in a proactively
  • Work to understand every client’s individual needs and deliver solutions accordingly
  • Document and maintain client notes and communications in Bellwether’s CRM
  • Resolve client issues where possible and escalate where applicable
  • Build a working knowledge of Bellwether’s services and solutions

 

Requirements

  • 2 years in account management or customer success role
  • MSP or IT related experience is a plus
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization
  • Works well within a team, assisting and asking for help where necessary
  • Openness to constructive criticism
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Always eager to learn new things
  • College degree or equivalent
