What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Technician position at Belmar Pharma Solutions?
We are searching for the next member of our team! The Fulfillment Technician is responsible for dispensing medications. All duties are performed under the supervision of a Lead Technician and a licensed pharmacist.
Essential Elements of the job:
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all pharmacy rules and regulations
- Correctly pulls medication to be counted
- Counts and labels medication
- Answers patient phone calls and assists walk up customers, while providing excellent customer service
- Pulls expired medications
- Maintains proper storage and security conditions for drugs
- Restocks supplies and general cleaning of pharmacy
- Maintains compliance with Company and HIPPA patient confidentiality requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
