Description
THE TEAM
Regarded as one of the best country club lifestyles in Wisconsin, the Beloit Club offers our members an award-winning 18-hole golf course, family-friendly pool areas, a stunning clubhouse facility spanning 24,000 square feet and incredible dining experiences at every stop.
THE PLAYER
You will serve customers with the consistency and quality food that they expect from our establishment. You will work as a team to create a memorable dining experience for all of our members and their guests.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL
- Know and understand every item on the menu (including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules); Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
- Timing is everything; work on timing to get every ticket out in an appropriate amount of time
- During prime service hours, stay focused on designated tasks. Communicate consistently with co-workers
- When your station is ready for service, see who else may need help with prepping and getting ready
- Practice safe knife handling; if training is needed, see the Chef
- Open/close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations

Requirements
YOU WILL BE GREAT AT THE BELOIT CLUB IF
- You have at least one year of Kitchen experience (preferred but not required)
- You have basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
- You have legible handwriting
- You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
- You are regularly able to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- You are able to lift, carry, and deliver boxes and items that may weigh up to 50 pounds
- You are able to smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
If over 18, you will be required to use slicers and heavy equipment.
Protective Clothing Required: Non-slip shoes
