In this position the Medical Assistant will:
- Room patients
- Review and respond to messages per provider protocol
- Give injections
- Assist with procedures
- Clean exam rooms
- Complete documentation in the EMR
- Refill medications per protocol
- Order supplies
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Certified or Registered as Medical Assistant, or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking abilities
Desired:
- Previous clinic experience in Family Practice
- Great communication skills
