Beloved Ones STRTP is looking for qualified candidates for a Direct Care Staff position.

Multiple direct care positions available.

Qualifications:
Direct care staff shall meet one of the following requirements prior to employment:

• Have a High school diploma or equivalent
• Have previously been employed as a staff or volunteer at a group home or short-term residential therapeutic center for at least one year.
• Have relevant experience as determined by the Department to meet any of the above requirements.

Direct care staff shall be at least 21 years of age.

Duties:
Duties are similar to group home child care staff with addition of assisting with the provision of or access to core services and supports, daily activities, and emotional and social supports.

Direct Care Staff Duties:
BOSTRTP’s direct care staff will provide the following duties:
-supervision, protection, and care of children at all times, individually and in group/family settings -assistance to each child in working with a group and in handling individual problems -administration of discipline and setting limits of behavior that are trauma-informed care standards -notating resident’s progress.
-assist with access to core services, supports, and daily activities, as well as emotional and social supports.
-reporting to BOSTRTP’s facility manager and making recommendations for any identified problem

All qualified candidates have to have a fingerprint clearance and all clearances when working with children/minors.

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
