Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our finished products meet quality and efficiency standards through meticulous inspection and analysis.
Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations
- Analyze product specifications and performance criteria
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines
- Perform quality assurance and quality control tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Knowledge of HACCP principles is a plus
