Description
Belvoir Real Estate Group is seeking a hardworking, energetic commercial leasing associate to join our growing asset services team. The leasing associate will focus on leasing Belvoir’s growing portfolio of commercial properties by marketing available space, negotiating and executing leasing transactions, and maintaining great relationships with our tenants. Your efforts will be integral in driving income and value growth for the overall portfolio, working alongside with our highly experienced asset and property management teams.
This position is base pay plus commission. Significant earning potential exists for candidates who are eager to learn, motivated, proactive, and engaged with maximizing the portfolio’s growth of assets under management. Through our comprehensive training and mentorship program, you will master many facets of asset services while working with exceptional professionals in a dynamic, team-based culture. Previous client-facing sales experience is highly valued.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Associate degree from accredited university
· Previous client-facing sales experience valued
· Real estate license (not required for interview, but required prior to start date)
· Experience with reading contracts and other legal documents
· Ability to understand, negotiate, and execute leasing contracts
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Strong digital literacy and capabilities with Excel, Salesforce, and Word
