Position is located in Grand Forks, ND Corporate Center.
BeMobile, a growing company, is looking for a Staff Accountant to assist with roles and responsibilities of accounting for the corporate office and 68 location stores.

Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:
Accounts Payable & Receivable – assist with the development of short and long term forecasts and budgets, ensure vendor payments and receipts are made and reconciled on time and within credit limits. This includes proactively reporting results, maintaining payables and receivables, and ensuring all accounting statements are accurate and have integrity.
Bank and Commission Reconciliation – You must also ensure accurate and timely reconciliations between banking accounts and vendor payments and the internal accounting system and communicate and report errors and discrepancies in a timely manner to the proper teams.
Reporting- You must generate consistent reports on time and when requested by management regarding financial aspects as well as other company initiatives. You must have sufficient knowledge of Excel software to produce usable reports, utilize Excel whenever helpful in the accounting process and you must also assist other departments with Excel on an as needed basis.
Communication – You must be able to both deliver and comprehend information and communication through multiple streams across multiple channels.
