Shipping & Receiving/Inventory/Driver
Job description
We are a Growing ADA/Architectural Sign company located in the Weatherford area, working primarily in the Commercial/Public Construction.
Currently, we are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk/ Inventory Clerk/Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Unload/Load Delivery Trucks
- Receive Incoming Shipments, Verify Against PO & Packing List – Ensure Free of Defects
- Create & Clearly Identify Inventory Locations
- Receive Raw Product & Finished Goods into Inventory
- Maintain Accurate Inventory Counts
- Generate & Execute Routine Cycle Counts
- Report Discrepancies to Supervisor, Promptly
- Pull & Stage Item from Inventory for Production and/or Installation
- Drop-Off/Pick-Up Orders for/from Suppliers
- Yard Labor, Including but not limited to; Organizing, Identifying Locations, & Maintaining Counts for Outdoor Inventory
- Prepare Orders for Shipping and/or Installation, Package/Box/Crate
- Material Expeditor, Transfer Orders Between Departments in a Timely Manner
- Regularly Lift/Move 25-75 LBS
- Assist with Production, As Needed
- Assist with Keeping the Facility Clean, Neat, Safe, & Operating Efficiently
- Additional Duties, As Assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years Previous Experience as Fork Lift Operator
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must Maintain Productivity & Accuracy Standards
- Ability to Apply Common Sense Understanding to Carry Out Instructions Furnished in Written, Oral, or Diagram Form
- Must exhibit exceptional organizational skills
- Must be willing to be flexible with scheduling, to ensure deadlines are maintained
- Travel: Will be required to travel when applicable. Must be able to read maps, provide a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Have a strong character and positive attitude with good work ethics.
