Associate Clinical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Works under the direction of and reports to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) assigned to each case

- Create targets for programs and develop stimuli for programs
- Train RBT/BT level staff on data collection and collect fidelity data
- Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in-home
- Work directly with clients to model effective ABA interventions to RBT/BT level staff and parents
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors with staff
- Assist with the management of challenging behaviors and crisis situations
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment

- Train parents/caregivers on implementation of treatment plan

-Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals with ASD
- Ability to provide clear instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to collect data effectively and train others to collect data
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Please note that this position requires a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA, and an active RBT certification. Supervised fieldwork hours are provided for qualified individuals.
