Youth Service Job Coach

As a Youth Service Job Coach at Career Focus Inc, you'll collaborate with clients, their support systems, and Employers to fulfill Work-Based Learning referrals. Your key responsibilities include:

• Cultivating new business connections for clients
• Facilitating client intake and placements
• Developing tailored accommodations for clients
• Maintaining clear communication with clients and their support networks
• Documenting precise case notes and deliverables
• Conducting staff training reviews and completing monthly summaries

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• Experience with individuals with disabilities desirable but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and web-based database systems
• Flexibility in scheduling; availability during days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to clear a level 2 background check
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Demands and Working Environment:

• Blend of office settings and fieldwork at diverse business venues
• Activities include standing, walking, reaching, prolonged sitting, driving, and computer work
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary
