HOME HEALTH AIDE/ DIRECT CARE WORKER
We are looking for energetic Home Health Aide/ Direct Care Worker to become part of the Benevolent Family to help us provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Shopping, errands, and outings in the community
- Meal planning, preparation, and clean-up
- Medication pick-up and reminders
- Personal care and grooming assistance
- Assistance with transferring and getting around
- Home safety assessments and supervision
- Light stretching and exercise
- Memory care activities
Skills:
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver’s license and/or State ID
- 18
