The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at the hotel, banquet/event services, and any grab-and-go offerings. This role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience
- Manage the daily operations all food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain a visible presence in the dining area, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet brand standards for quality and presentation.
- Lead staff in delivering exceptional customer service and consistent product execution.
- Monitor cleanliness and safety in all F&B areas in compliance with health codes and brand requirements.
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise F&B team members including servers, bartenders, cooks, and baristas.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and professional team environment focused on accountability, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
Financial Management
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs to meet or exceed budget expectations.
- Analyze sales and cost reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of operating budgets and forecasts.
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety and alcohol service.
- Maintain all required documentation, including training logs, temperature logs, inventory, and financial reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisor in a hotel setting required
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) and inventory management tools.
- ServSafe and alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced hotel environment.
- Standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs for extended periods.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
