- Maintain comprehensive medical records by documenting patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure all necessary information is captured for effective patient care.
- Assist in the management of electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Strong typing and spelling skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
