You're a professional dresser who enjoys working in an environment where you're in front of people and communicating to external and internal teams daily. Luxury goods background is a plus, but not neccessarily a requirement. You value being excellent at what you do, and take pride in maintaing cleanliness in your work space and how you handle business. You've been an assistant and/or worked directly under leadership guidance of a manager or director of a growing organization previously.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Office Administrative Assistant located in West Palm Beach, FL. The OAA will be responsible for intake of service walk-ins, authentication drop-offs, and in person customer service. You will handle the flow of customer jobs from the beggining to completion ensuring expecations are set properly, and customer's are aware and updated on when they can receive their watches. You'll report to the Director of Communications and in collaboration with the entire team to support timely work flow and delivery. You'll handle CRM systems (i.e. Hubspot) and in QuickBooks to delivery invoices, estimates, and ensure service is handled in a timely fashion. You may have been told you have OCD in a positive way.
