A client care coordinator is responsible fo providing excellent customer service to clients of a home inspection company. This position requires excellent problem solving and communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to set expectations with clients. The client care coordinator will work closely with the inspection team to ensure each client is satisfied with the quality of the inspection services provided. The duties of the client care coordinator include, but are not limited to: scheduling client appointments, responding to client inquiries, providing clients with timely updates regarding their inspection and transferring any client concerns to a manager. The position is an essential role in maintaining our company's excellent reputation with clients.
This is not a remote position, the office is located in Loudon near Tellico Village.
