W2 Contract: 9 months with opportunities for extensions based on business needs and performance.
**Hybrid schedule in Newark, NJ**
Pay Range: $39.23-68.65/hr. plus we offer Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefits!
Description:
Are you a seasoned program manager with a passion for driving user adoption and streamlining workflows? Do you have a proven track record of implementing Airtable in fast-paced tech or media environments? If so, we want to hear from you!
Our team is seeking a highly motivated Airtable expert to join us in optimizing our Airtable implementation. In this role, you will leverage your change management expertise and product management background to drive user adoption, foster a culture of efficiency, and ensure the platform supports our evolving needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout and ongoing management of Airtable within our Global Content organization.
- Support change management activities for ongoing system updates, including maintenance and creation of process documentation and communication of updates to users.
- Create and maintain process documentation about back-end system functionality for the Airtable admin team.
- Design and implement training programs to equip users with the skills to leverage Airtable effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Airtable best practices and emerging features.
- Own and refine the user management process.
- Assist users with day-to-day questions about new and existing Airtable functionality.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with successful Airtable implementations, ideally in the tech or media space.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
Bonus points:
- Experience working in a NY/NJ based company.
- Familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
