Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive communicator to amplify the impact of our Operational Excellence AI team. This role centers on storytelling that captures transformation—showcasing innovation, driving excitement, and making the team’s work visible and meaningful across the organization. The specialist will report into the NAM Brand & Communications team and will support two Directors, requiring a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish compelling internal communications across SPICE , Viva Engage, SharePoint, and other platforms (articles, posts, case studies, event recaps, success stories).
- Highlight results and impact through engaging storytelling and creative campaigns around kaizens, workshops, and internal events.
- Plan, promote, and support hands-on events to ensure strong participation and post-event visibility.
- Communicate tangible wins and measurable results to leadership and the broader organization on a regular (six-week) basis.
- Create PowerPoint decks aligned with internal branding guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional Writing Ability: Must craft clear, engaging stories that resonate with internal audiences.
- Digital & Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, and content publishing tools.
- Event Support: Comfortable planning and publicizing internal events.
- Proactive Campaign Management: Ability to run full campaigns from inception to completion and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional Presence: Must interface effectively with Directors and internal stakeholders.
