What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Tech position at Berg Enterprises, Inc?
The Role.
We are currently seeking detail-oriented HVAC technicians to maintain, diagnose and repair various types of HVAC systems for our Residential and Commercial clients, including warranty and emergency services. Customer satisfaction and honest work will be your top priority.
The Geography.
We are currently seeking service technicians based in Santa Cruz and Cochise Counties in Southern AZ.
The Skill Set.
2 years experience: On the job experience in heating and cooling maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairing, new unit start up of residential and commercial HVAC systems
Certifications: Universal EPA Certification, NATE certification (not required but a bonus!)
Knowledge of Equipment: Package Units, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Condensers, Evaporator Coils, Evaporative Coolers (not required)
Collaborative: You have ability to work independently but also as part of a team when needed
Flexibility: Sometimes services run longer than expected and will need to have the flexibility to work late when needed. Technicians are required to be on call after the probationary period and will need to work some holidays depending on the on-call schedule.
Personal: As an ambassador of Berg Enterprises, you are expected to represent the company with professionalism, honesty and integrity.
