ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project change orders, budge and scheduling
- Assist with managing the project schedule
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Project Estimating
- Assist with and understand project ordering
- Monitor and track project progress
- Work with venders for on time delivery and performance
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years' professional experience required, preferably in a project coordinator-related position.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of landscape terminology as demonstrated by work experience.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary.
- Minimize non-productive time and fill slow periods with activities that will enable you to prepare to meet the future needs of internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with Berghoff associates and clients on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to successfully and accurately work within the company production software, Asset.
- Demonstrate accountability for work being performed and completed on schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
