Accounting Associate - Billing

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintains a daily record of sales to ensure accuracy
• Reconciles vehicle inventory schedules and vehicle receivables
• Complies with state motor vehicle guidelines and regulations
• Applies and reconciles factory incentives
• Posts transactions to accounting
• Assists in preparing month-end and year-end statements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - 100% in office. 
Pay of $18.00-22.00/hour based on experience; OT is available!

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• 1-2 years of Accounting experience and/or equivalent education is required
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
• Experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

Salary : $18 - $22
